Arndt Bickhoff
Managing Director
Besides his role as MD of VHV Informatyka, Arndt is overall responsible for the IT of the VHV Group. He loves well-designed robust software with a user interface his mother would understand in an instant. Also, he believes software can actually be delivered in time and in budget. If he’s not at work, he likes to spend time with family and friends or to work on his Land Rover Defender.
Dominik Świątek
Managing Director
As MD, Dominik is responsible for the day-to-day business of VHV Informatyka and represents the bridge to the headquarters in Hannover. He has a strong emphasis on building up teams to enable each member to perform in a happy and healthy environment while achieving the best results possible. Moreover, he enjoys it when a carefully planned software model plays out his advantages in later stages of projects. If you cannot find him in the office, he is likely playing tennis or sailing a boat.
TRADITION
The VHV Group is organized as mutual insurance with a strong tradition in the areas of insurance, pensions and wealth. Our consistent strategic vision gives us a strong foundation for a steady expansion of our market shares.
